EASY 2 MINUTE PINK VELVET LATTE

PINKISH RED IN COLOUR, THIS SUPERFOOD BEETROOT LATTE IS NATURALLY SWEET + INFUSED WITH SOME AMAZING AYURVEDIC HERBS.

I have really only just opened the doors + climbed aboard the beetroot train, as I truly wasn’t a huge fan of anything beetroot when I was younger. I think it’s because a majority of the beetroot that was introduced to me early on was from a can, or pickled- and I was NOT a fan!

 

I mean, just NO. Don't give me a vegetable from a can preserved in sugar + vinegar then slap it on a sandwich, or in a salad (gross) 

 

 

Thank goodness we are all becoming more conscious of the where it comes from, + how our food is meant to be served. 

After all, our health is our wealth so we need to be mindful of everything we put into our bodies + it brings me so much joy to understand that almost everyone I speak to or meet ARE TRULY wanting to re-learn N O U R I S H M E N T for our bodies through food, movement + mindfulness.

 

I love creating yummy, nutritious healthy recipes to share with my family, friends + everyone that I cross paths with. Knowing that I can help to make small changes is the greatest gift I have been given.

RECIPE
METHOD
  1. Be Polly, + put the kettle on. Whilst you wait a minute for the water to boil...

  2. Add your Plant-based mylk, Beetroot powder, spices + vanilla to a medium-large mug.

  3. Whisk until Mylk is nice & frothy + everything is well combined.

  4. Fill the cup with hot water, add honey/sweetener (optional) if you think its not sweet enough. 

  5. Whisk a little more to combine for extra froth + enjoy with a yummy pink bliss ball!
