I have really only just opened the doors + climbed aboard the beetroot train, as I truly wasn’t a huge fan of anything beetroot when I was younger. I think it’s because a majority of the beetroot that was introduced to me early on was from a can, or pickled- and I was NOT a fan!
I mean, just NO. Don't give me a vegetable from a can preserved in sugar + vinegar then slap it on a sandwich, or in a salad (gross)
Thank goodness we are all becoming more conscious of the where it comes from, + how our food is meant to be served.

Be Polly, + put the kettle on. Whilst you wait a minute for the water to boil...
Add your Plant-based mylk, Beetroot powder, spices + vanilla to a medium-large mug.
Whisk until Mylk is nice & frothy + everything is well combined.
Fill the cup with hot water, add honey/sweetener (optional) if you think its not sweet enough.
Whisk a little more to combine for extra froth + enjoy with a yummy pink bliss ball!
